On many occasions we and our clients utilize a suite of specialist software programmes relating to Project Management, Time & Cost Control, issued under licence of Primavera Inc. of the USA. Of those firms licensed to sell this suite of products and conduct specialist consultancy services, we have established alliances with Forgetrack Ltd of the UK and Primavera Nederland B.V. of the Netherlands.

In respect of Claims Avoidance/Prosecution and Claims/Contracts Management services we utilize a suite of sophisticated and highly advanced software modules (PROTAC) developed by Claim Tools of Germany. The software modules are specifically designed to maintain budgeted profit, minimise risk and improve project profitability.

We work in collaboration with these firms whenever our clients require the installation of software and associated training, and, or where their specialist technical knowledge provides additional detailed expertise, especially in connection with our time, claims and contract management services

The main benefit of this collaboration is the cutting edge or business advantage this gives to our clients.

When undertaking services pertaining to Project Profit Optimization, we work together with another of our alliance partners, Roland Berger & Partner GmbH (see competence centres, engineered products and hi-tech, contracting) Strategy Consultants. Originating from Germany in the late 1960's , Roland Berger operate on an international basis and are today one of the world's leading management & strategy consultants. Their Competence Centre related to Contracting is directly responsible for working with Lancaster House International Consulting on PPO projects for clients.

Furthermore, we have affiliations with a number of UK and European legal practices specializing in Construction Contract Law and Commercial Law. They are also recognized as leaders in ADR techniques as well as experienced in Arbitration and Litigation proceedings.. These strategic affiliations allow us effective access to legal expertise under differing jurisdictions and we constantly review the development of such affiliations to ensure that the very best current advice and support is on hand to our clients as well as ourselves.

Lancaster House International Consulting is appointed by the Court of Arbitration for German and International Construction Law as an alliance partner for the provision of independent reviews, expert witness statements, and reports in relation to matters coming under German and international arbitration proceedings.
