2007 - Lancaster House International Consulting Launches
New Website
We at Lancaster House International Consulting
are delighted that this month sees the launch of our new website,
in response to global market developments and changes in technical,
commercial and cultural approaches to the procurement of construction
projects over the past five years. From improved software for
project controls to emergent trends in project procurement
routes and dispute resolution mechanisms, we continually strive
to anticipate how our clients'
requirements will best be met within each market region. We believe that
our website better reflect our renewed strengths, including our total commitment
to providing quality and professionalism in harmony with commercial awareness.
We understand that while the theory may sound good, it is the daily practical
reality of conducting their business across international borders and within
the complex framework of the design and build process with which our clients
must contend.
Our foundation concept is that of Visionaries,
born from our length of experience from inception to final
account on a wide range of project types over many countries.
Our international background, reinforced integrated alliances
providing a global network of offices allied to our awareness
of global and local market needs, ensures that we continue
to bring together the best personnel for the particular project
tasks and achieve the necessary insight - understanding our
client's vision and making it a successful commercial reality.

forms business alliance with the TÜV Rheinland Group,
Germany
As a result of the increased level of business in the international industrial
plant sector, LHIC is pleased to announce its recently formed alliance with
the TÜV Rheinland Group of Germany for the provision
of QA/QC services.
TÜV QA/QC services for plant manufacture and construction works determine
whether individual components correspond to the design documents, comply with
the technical and engineering regulations and whether the particular quality
standards according to the specifications are met. The TÜV undertakes
QA/QC services not only in manufacturing plants but also on building sites
on the basis of approved supervision plans, from the start of production until
the time of commissioning, from individual testing to Third party Inspection
on an “around the clock” basis.
The TÜV are on site during the construction of a new plant or during the
conversion, extension and revamping of existing plants. In the event of damage
the TÜV draws up a damage analysis after recording the actual conditions
on site. The TÜV will submit repair proposals and subsequently supervise
the correct and proper execution of the recommended repair measures.
The experienced engineers from the TÜV and the LHIC alliance ensure that
Clients will always have a reliable partner in regard to QA/QC services.
